Scheduling privacy

Information submitted through this scheduler is used to arrange and manage your coaching call, prevent calendar conflicts, create the private Zoom meeting, and send booking-related emails.

What is collected

Your name, email address, optional guest emails, appointment time, time zone, and the answers you provide on the intake form.

How it is handled

Intake answers are kept out of email subjects and calendar event titles. Scheduling data is shared only with the services required to deliver the appointment, including the calendar, Zoom, and email providers.

Your choices

Your confirmation email contains private links to reschedule or cancel. To request access, correction, or deletion of scheduling information, reply to a booking email and contact Coach Oliver.
